Families are encouraged to attend the PharmaChoice Canada 2026 Owners Congress. Below is a summary of age ranges and pricing.

Ages 0 – 2: No charge
Ages 3 – 12: $120.35 CAD per child/per night
Ages 13 & Above: $433.55 CAD per child/per night

Note: Maximum occupancy in room: 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old, 3 adults + 1 child under 13 years old or 1 adult + 3 children under 13 years old.

Yes, extensions are allowed. Extensions at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort are available three (3) days pre or post program dates, based on availability/rate at time of request.

If you are planning to extend your stay at the hotel, please provide your extension request during the registration and a representative from the PCC Congress 2026 Concierge Team will contact you to confirm your extension request once availability is confirmed with the hotel, prior to booking your air tickets. All extensions will be invoiced by Fenix and must be pre-paid prior to arrival.

The group rate is available 3 days pre or post at the rates below, based on availability.

  • $499 USD++ per night plus applicable taxes (single occupancy)
  • $299 USD++ per night/per person plus applicable taxes (double occupancy)

Should you wish to extend beyond the 3 days, rates and availability are subject to the time of request.

We recommend the following:

  • Daytime at the resort – Beach/Resort Casual (Swim trunks, bathing suits, flip-flops, shorts or capri pants, sneakers/tennis shoes, and sandals)
  • Restaurant Dining – refer to the Dining tab for each restaurant’s dress code (range from casual to elegant). Important Note: Men required to wear long pants for dinner.
  • Meetings - Casual  
  • Optional Activities (if applicable) – refer to your optional activity selection for specific attire
  • Welcome Reception (Feb 2) & Farewell Dinner (Feb 5) – Resort Casual

It is strongly recommended when travelling outside of Canada to have out-of-country health insurance. Please check your policy for coverage. In the event there is no coverage, Travel Medical Insurance can be purchased through 3rd party insurance companies (i.e. Blue Cross). No, optional activities are at your own expense. The PCC Congress 2026 Concierge Team will help arrange activities based on your registration. Payment for your activity will be collected prior to travel.

Refunds are not guaranteed, and an additional cancellation fee may apply. Your cancellation would be on a request basis and would be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.

Once the bookings have been made - Air, Extensions/Upgrades, Activities, Packages and Guest Costs are non-refundable
