Badge Pick-up:
Please obtain your badge at the registration desk on Saturday in the Great Room ABC Foyer on Level 3.
Please ensure that everyone attending on your team completes a conference registration to ensure a proper name badge is issued.
The tradeshow room is located in Great Room AB on Level 3.

We ask that you be in your Tradeshow Booth ready to receive attendees by 12:00PM in case the main plenary session finishes earlier than scheduled.
Note: Please check your Sponsorship Package to see if lunch is included in your package as a Conference Attendee and how many Conference Attendees are allocated to your package.
If you are an Exhibitor Level Sponsor, please ensure you have your lunch prior to the start of the Tradeshow so you are in your booth by 12:00PM.
Internet must be secured through the Sheraton Fallsview. Please advise of ANY internet requirements (Wi-Fi or Hardwire) for your Tradeshow Booth by filling in this form. If you do require a hardwire connection, there will be a charge of $50 + HST per hardwire connection. Click here to access this form. This must be completed by November 4, 2024 should you require ANY form of internet connection. Please ensure a credit card for payment is submitted at time of submission if you are requiring a hardwire connection. If no payment is made then no hardwired connection will be made available.
If you only require Wireless Internet, upon completion of this form you will be issued a code at the Tradeshow.
If You Need Electrical Power:
If you require electrical power, monitors/TV screen, flip charts at your Tradeshow Booth, this must be secured by November 4, 2024. Please click here to access the order form. This must be completed by November 4, 2024. Payment will be made upon confirmation of order with Encore. If no payment is made then no power will be made available.
Note: Power sharing is not permitted between exhibitors/booths. Permanent building electrical receptacles are not part of booth space. Exhibitors will be charged for their use.

Please review the loading dock procedure outline below well PRIOR to arriving to the Sheraton Fallsview.
- The loading dock is on a first come first serve basis, and cannot be reserved.
- There is limited space at the loading dock for load in and load out so we ask that you not leave any vehicle unattended at the loading dock.
- Please allow yourself ample time to load in should it be busy and you are delayed.
- Loading dock hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week
Loading Dock Guidelines:
- Loading dock usage is on a first come, first serve basis, and cannot be reserved.
- Upon arrival at the carport, our Valet staff will greet you. Inform them that you have a delivery for the Conference Centre and they will direct you to the loading dock at the back of the carport.
- There is a black phone on the left wall with a list of extensions to call for a Porter (dial “0”) and or freight elevator assistance. The elevator does not have a “Call” button to the loading dock.
- Pump carts, flat beds and/or carts are the responsibility of the delivery service. Should you require moving devices, every effort will be made to assist you, but is not guaranteed.
- If you have a large number of boxes, and there are empty skids available, please feel free to load your boxes onto the skid for easier transport.
- Please be patient with us, as other departments and outlets share the elevator.
- Drivers are required to turn off their engine.
- Make your delivery and move your vehicle as soon as possible so that others can access the dock.
- No long term or overnight truck/car parking in the loading dock area will be permitted at any time.
Loading Dock Specs:
- The dock on the left side does not have a ramp; the dock on the right side has a ramp that will go from the dock to your truck.
- The height of the dock is 43 inches.
- We can accommodate tractor-trailers up to 53 feet long (PLEASE NOTE: there is a sharp right angle to the dock).
- The elevator size is 8’ wide X 8’ high X 19.5’ long and has a maximum weight of 3400 kgs or 7480 lbs.

Directions to Sheraton Fallsview Loading Dock from Toronto
- Take the 401 to Highway 403 South which will connect to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW)
- From south Toronto, take the Gardiner Expressway to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW)
- Follow the QEW towards Niagara Falls, Highway 420
- Keep left on to Highway 420
- Continue onto Fallsview Ave
- Turn right into Sheraton Fallsview, loading dock is located at the main entrance in the back left corner of the small waiting parking area. This is only a short term drop off or pick up area.
- Parking: The self-parking garage is located behind the Crowne Plaza hotel which is adjacent to the Sheraton Fallsview. A multi-level garage that connects indoors to the Sheraton Fallsview through the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Material Handling/Shipping:
- The hotel cannot accept responsibility for the receipt of and/or storage of boxes more than 3 days prior to the scheduled meeting/program. Additional charges apply. If storage exceeds 3 business days prior to your event; an additional $25 per day will apply regardless of size and or weight.
- Packages should be received during regular business hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday 10:00am – 3:00 pm - All packages will be held until a payment method has been confirmed.
- After your event, any boxes to be shipped out of the hotel must be properly packaged and labeled with shipping address and phone number, return address, phone number and method
of payment. Pickups must be scheduled through the Business Centre. - The hotel is not responsible for packing or for supplying any packing materials.
- Any materials left behind will be discarded 3 business days after your departure
- Hotel Bellman & Hotel Bell Carts are not available for material handling or booth load in/out.

1. The Exhibitor covenants and agrees that no furniture will be removed from the function area without prior approval of the Hotel.
2. Any artwork, posters, or signage is restricted to the convention area only. No signs are permitted elsewhere without approval from the Hotel.
3. No displays and/or exhibit may be attached to the drapes, lighting, chandeliers, walls or wall decorations, or hung from the ceiling. The Exhibitor, in erecting its displays will not drive any thumbtack, nails, spikes or staples into any surfaces, nor shall the Exhibitor use any adhesives on any surface in the function area. Masking or duct tape only will be used to affix any apply said displays to walls.
4. Any form of transportation of equipment for exhibits and/or displays (dollies or flat carts) must contain rubber wheels. This equipment is to be supplied by the exhibitor.
5. Any powered vehicles and/or equipment to be displayed must be cleaned and dried off prior to being moved into the function area.
6. All flooring and carpeting beneath any vehicles must be covered with plastic sheeting to protect the surfaces from tread marks and wear and tear in the function area. The Exhibitor is to provide said sheeting at its own expense.
7. Displays or exhibits of excessive weight must first receive prior approval by the Hotel, and must be placed on wooden platforms to avoid damaging the floor and/or carpeting and to ensure an even distribution of weight.
8. Displays and/or exhibits will not be set up on any covering that are not fireproof.
9. All displays and/or exhibits must be maintained in a safe manner so as not to create any danger to any other exhibitor or participant at the display and/or exhibit, and must be in accordance with the Ontario Fire Code and Hotel Fire Safety Act.
10. Exhibits and/or displays that produce a high noise level while being operated or give off an offensive odour will not be allowed within the Hotel.
11.The Hotel will apply a charge for cleaning and/or removal of garbage from the exhibit area. A flat fee of $500.00 CDN will be applied, unless negotiated in advance to an hourly basis.
12. Encore Productions is the preferred supplier for Audio Visual. All power and any electrical connections made to an exhibit and/or display will be at the expense of the Exhibitor directly to Encore.
13.The Exhibitor covenants and agrees that the Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any kind to any property of the Exhibitor while on display in the function area, or while being dismantled, removed or stored by the Hotel.
14. Anything over 1,500 pounds must have the weight spread over a larger area with either ¾‘ plywood or ¼’ plate steel.
15. Sheraton Fallsview only: The max weight capacity for the freight elevator is 8,000 pounds. (i.e. Sample weight of a car)
16. Sheraton Fallsview only: All exhibit props and equipment must be loaded into the hotel through the loading dock.

By receiving and reviewing this document, you acknowledge and agree to the indemnification obligations as outlined herein. Your continued use of the information provided in this Exhibitor Guide and participation as an Exhibitor in the tradeshow constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms:
- The exhibitor agrees that OnPharm-United and their representatives shall not be liable for any damage or liability of any kind or for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property during the term of this agreement, from any cause whatsoever by reason of use, occupation and enjoyment of exhibit space by exhibitor or any person thereon with the consent of exhibitor, and that exhibitor will defend, indemnify and save harmless OnPharm-United and their representatives from all liability whatsoever, on account of any such damage, or injury, whether or not caused by negligence or breach of an obligation by exhibitor or its employees or representatives.
- Exhibitors will be liable for all damages or liability of any kind or for any loss, damage or injury to persons or any property during the exhibition from any cause whatsoever by reason of use, occupation and enjoyment of exhibit space.
- It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses sustained through exhibition.
