Conference Registration Cancellation: Please note: If you or your guest(s) have a confirmed registration and are unable to attend the conference for any reason, a non-attendance fee will be billed to you. This is because all conference events and services have been secured with advance payments made on your behalf. To avoid incurring this charge, please notify the conference team in writing if you need to cancel and the no-show fee will be waived. Kindly ensure that all attendees — including guests — have a confirmed registration in order to participate in any conference-related functions, including the Gala Dinner.
