Mr. Bolduc is a licensed pharmacist (U. of Montreal – 1990), he holds a MBA from HEC Montreal (2000) and is a certified director of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) since 2009. Since 2006, he is the chairman of Galenova Inc., a distributor of pharmaceutical products, and co-owner of Gentes & Bolduc Pharmacists, a pharmacy specialized in compounding and sterile products. He is also a co-founder of Sterinova Inc., a Canadian pharmaceutical sterile manufacturer and distributor. Before that, he has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry in companies such as Servier, Biovail, Axcan and Mistral Pharma.

Mr. Bolduc is recognized by his peers as one of the Quebec pharmaceutical leaders. In 2002, he was awarded the “Heart & Action Pharmacist Award” in the industry category by “L’Actualité Pharmaceutique”, a pharmacy monthly newspaper. In 2004, he was named “Pharmacist Emeritus” by “Québec Pharmacie”, a continuing education magazine, for his innovative practice in the biopharmaceutical and business field. In 2002, Mr. Bolduc has won the Next Generation Entrepreneurship Award (“Prix Relève d’Excellence HEC 2002 catégorie Entrepreneur”) from Réseau HEC, an 18,000 graduate network from the HEC Montreal Business School. In 2005, he received the “Prix Tremplin MBA” in the entrepreneurship category from the Quebec MBA Association.

A former President of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Club of Quebec, Mr. Bolduc was also the President of BioQuebec from 2001 to 2003 and from 2004 to 2006. For many years, Mr. Bolduc has lectured at the MBA programs of Laval University and HEC Montreal. He has lectured at the DESS/M.Sc. in drug development program offered by the Faculty of Pharmacy at University of Montreal from 2005 to 2018.

Mr. Bolduc sits on the board of Pharma In Silica Inc., of Angany inc. and Greenshield Canada. He joined the board of l’Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (Quebec’s College of Pharmacists) in 2009. He became interim President in March 2014 and was re-elected in April 2015 and again in April 2019 for a second four-year term.
