Brad Fedorchuk is the Executive Vice-President, Group Customer.
He leads our Group Customer business unit in executing and evolving the Canadian strategy and helping achieve the company’s vision to put customers at the centre of what we do. Brad is focused on making the best long-term decisions for our plan sponsors and their plan members – in our product designs, our day-to-day service, and our commitment to advice-based distribution.
Brad began his career with Great-West Life in 1994. Throughout his time with our company, he’s taken on roles with increasing responsibility, growing his breadth of experience to include marketing, national accounts underwriting and leading strategic initiatives such as the information technology roadmap. Brad recently held the role of Senior Vice-President, Customer Experience & Marketing for Group Customer before being named Executive Vice-President, Group Customer in 2018.
Brad received his Bachelor of Science, Actuarial Science degree from the University of Manitoba in 1993. He holds professional memberships as Fellow of Society of Actuaries and Fellow of Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
